This was taking prior to boarding a small tour boat in St. Lucia.  “Offenders will be Eaten”

This photo was capturedd on the boardwalk of durban beach.  Truely amazing how the the country’s sport can be so outwardly banned.  Perhaps its good intentions are reserved for “player safety.” I mean who doesn’t hate them damn “dogs fouling” ya!?

Here Kitty Kitty Kitty…Yeah, no thanks.  I think you would call this one a linx.  Not one of the Big Five Aminals of Africa, but certain one that would get your attention. Especial when its warmly welcoming you into a cozy lounge.

‘Big 5′ in my Room

 

 

So, these are the Big Five animals (Well, insects to be exact)  I found in my room while staying at the Hluhluwe Guest House. Thanks goodness they provide nets above the beds. Unbelievable, the size, the feirceness and the aggression of these vicious pests.  These agile creature can move stealthfully and attack swiftly.  Can’t even tell you how many times I have encountered these things, let alone attackedby them.  Not the Big 5 we’re all looking for, so arm yourself.  Deet is your friend in this country.
